Non existent customer service will not replace new faulty appliances and consumers cannot buy consumables for Howdens products as they are a trade only company. There is little to no savings using Howdens compared to the other main kitchen manufactures Wren Magnet etc you just get no warranty or guarantee on anything you have had from this company as they pass you onto the builder who fitted the kitchen who passes you back to Howdens etc. Wayne the manager at the Bermondsey store is close to useless does not return calls emails or respond to complaints.
